  • Schedule a Confidential Conference

Is there any danger that the USPTO will give others information contained in my application while it is pending?

Anything’s possible, but realistically no. They’re designed and setup to handle your information confidentially. I never had a personal experience where any patent agent there at the patent office had divulged material they shouldn’t, so I’d say there’s no realistic chance. It’s possible, I suppose.
