Hopefully before now you’ve protected your business against your competitors, trolls or otherwise, by way of the various intellectual property forms that are available to you. You’ve patented your new, innovative technology. You’ve copyrighted your ads, brochures, software. You’ve trademarked your brands, and you’ve kept your secrets secret. If you’ve done that, then you have all those legal leverages to defeat the trolls and the people trying to steal your business.
